Passports applications are taken by appointment only. To make an appointment, contact the Covina City Clerk's office by calling

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE APPOINTMENT:
  • Original Proof of U.S. Citizenship (Birth certificate – not an abstract)
  • Proof of Identity (State Issued I.D.)
  • Two recent color passport size photographs (We can take your photo for $10)
  • Fees – Checks or Money Orders only
  • Passport Application (Do not sign)
Applicants under age 16 have additional requirements

HOW MUCH IT WILL COST:
Passport Fees:Routine Service (4 - 6 weeks estimated processing time)
  • Adults 16 and older - Passport Fee $75, Execution Fee $25 – Total $100
  • Children 15 and under – Passport Fee $60, Execution Fee $25 – Total $85
    Photo Fees: 2 passport size photos - $10

Expedite Service: (2 - 3 weeks estimated processing time)
  • Adults 16 and older – Passport & Expedite Fee $135, Execution Fee $25 – Total $160
  • Children 15 and under – Passport & Expedite Fee $120, Execution Fee $25 – Total $145
  • Photo Fees: 2 passport size photos - $10
